The UK is currently enduring the hottest day on record after the temperature climbed to 40C just before 1pm today.
The hot weather has been causing chaos across the country as public transport is cancelled, drowning deaths increase, and wildfires sweep through the country.
The Met Office had issued a red alert for extreme heat this week and warned that there's a danger to life.
The end of the heatwave is finally in sight with temperatures expecting to drop tomorrow, but thunderstorms have been predicted for across the UK and the Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning.
As the heatwave comes to a close, here's when the next one could be.
When is the next heatwave?

After the sweltering temperatures this week, you might be disappointed to hear that another heatwave could be imminent.
Temperatures are predicted to dip from Wednesday to Friday, but according to long term forecasts, high temperatures could return by the end of the week and into next week.
The Met Office have said that from July 24 to August 2 temperatures are likely to be "above average through the period, especially in the southeast where it may be very warm at times."

In London, the Met Office currently predicts the temperature will drop to 22C on Friday, but this will rise up to a hot 28C again by Sunday.
Prof Hannah Cloke, natural hazards expert at Reading University, said: "We’re going to hopefully see an end to this in a couple of days time but there is a remaining risk of going back up again in a week or so afterwards.
"That’s pretty concerning.”
How many more heatwaves will there be in 2022?

There could be a lot more hot weather to come for the UK over the next few months.
The Met Office's most recent three month outlook, which covers the months of July, August and September, has revealed that the chance of a hot three-month period is twice as likely as normal.
There's currently a 35% chance that the season will be hotter than normal.
Back in June, Lean Brown from The Weather Company predicted the July heatwaves as he told the Mail on Sunday that hot spells were forecast for early July another coming in mid July.
At the time he said: “We should see well into the 30s - 36C (97F) would not be at all surprising."
But he also predicted more heatwaves to come in August and September.
He said: "A third hot period is due in August, with September having further hot spell potential.
“Warmth can be brought to the UK in September by tropical storms tracking across the Atlantic.”
The head of meteorological operations was pretty spot on with his July predictions so could be right about the potential upcoming heatwaves too.
