With Newcastle United facing Southampton in the first leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final tonight, many Magpies fans are hoping to reach their first final in the competition since 1976.
Eddie Howe's side have faced tough opponents in their historic run so far, having beaten Tranmere Rovers, Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and Leicester City on their way to the semi-final.
The Saints also entered the competition in the second round, but made waves by beating Manchester City 2-0 in the quarter-finals to reach the semi-final stage for the second time in five years.

When is the Carabao Cup Final?
The Carabao Cup Final will take place on February 26 at Wembley Stadium, with kick-off likely to be at 16:30, the same time as last season's final in which Liverpool came out victorious over Chelsea.
