When is Soccer Aid 2022? Location, line-up and how to get tickets for UNICEF match

Soccer Aid is back, raising money on behalf of UNICEF, 16 years after it was first created by legendary singer Robbie Williams.

The celebrity football match is built to gather funds to help support children around the world. The organisation aims to get children in school, as they believe "childhood should be one endless playtime".

It adds: "We want every child to have the health care and nutrition they need to grow up happy, healthy, and able to play."

Speaking of the challenges facing children, it says the game can help "UNICEF provide vaccines, fight malnutrition, and provide safe spaces to protect children in times of crisis, helping kids get back to the childhoods they are entitled to."
