When is Slam Dunk 2025? Ticket details as A Day to Remember confirmed as headliners

Slam Dunk Festival has already confirmed the first bands to play in 2025 ahead of tickets going on sale.

The pop-punk and emo event will take place between Hatfield in Hertfordshire and Leeds once more, with You Me at Six having headlined this year.

The first names for 2025 were announced by the organisers this week, making it one of the first of the UK’s leading music festivals to plan this far ahead.

Here is what you need to know.

When will Slam Dunk 2025 be held?

The festival will be held at Hatfield Park on Saturday, May 24, and then at Temple Newsam in Leeds on Sunday, May 25.

That is the bank holiday weekend and has, in previous years, also been the time that BBC Radio 1 holds its Big Weekend festival.

Who is headlining Slam Dunk Festival 2025?

A Day to Remember are the headliners for next year.

The American pop-punk outfit have never played before – but other acts on the bill, such as Neck Deep and Less Than Jake, have played many times since the first festival in 2007.

Alkaline Trio, New Found Glory, and The Used are also down to appear.

How to get tickets

Slam Dunk will release tickets on Friday, September 6, from 10am.

Both the Northern and Southern legs will go on sale at the same time.

A tweet from the organisers read: “Payment plans across all ticket types will be available as well as car parking passes and afterparty tickets. Please note VIP upgrades will go on sale later in the year as an additional add on.

“We expect demand to be high so please ask that you familiarise yourself with the ticket types and plan ahead for buying.”
