When is Lin Yu-Ting fighting at Olympics 2024? Start time and TV channel for boxing gold medal fight

Lin Yu-Ting is a big favourite as she goes up against Julia Szeremeta for Olympic gold in Paris tonight.

The Taiwanese boxer, like Imane Khelif, has faced accusations she should not be competing at the Olympics after claims from the International Boxing Association that she failed a gender eligibility test.

Lin, who has gold medals at the World Championships and Asian Games, eased past Esra Yildiz Kahraman in her semi-final and now has the chance to be crowned featherweight champion.

Poland’s Szeremeta is her final opponent, and the 20-year-old has insisted she is full of belief that she can pull off an upset against Lin.

“I'm not afraid of anyone,” Szeremeta said.

“I don't feel respect. I go out and do my thing. I can't wait for the final.
