When is Lawrence Okolie vs David Light fight? Date, time, TV channel and undercard

Lawrence Okolie makes the third defence of his WBO world cruiserweight title on Saturday night, with New Zealand's David Light his opponent for the fight.

Okolie has forged a hugely impressive 18-0 record, with two successful defences of the belt since beating Krzysztof Glowacki to win the vacant title in 2021. The former Olympian is becoming a major force and with the 20-0 Light up next it will be another big test for the 30-year-old.

'The Sauce' has changed trainer ahead of this contest, with Tyson Fury trainer Sugarhill Steward being the new trainer for the 6"5" former Olympian. He has moved on from Shane McGuigan and begins a new era against Light, an opponent against whom he will have a 3.5 inch height advantage.

In addition, another former Team GB Olympian, Frazer Clarke, will face former WBA world interim heavyweight title challenger Bogdan Dinu on the undercard, with a late change having previously booked to fight against Rydell Brooker.

The fight takes place at the AO Arena in Manchester on Saturday, March 25. The card gets underway at 7 p.m. GMT, with the main event at approximately 10 p.m. GMT.

The action will be broadcast live on Sky Sports, with action being broadcast live on Sky Sports Action from 7pm, before coverage begins on Sky Sports Main Event at 8pm.
