Andy Farrell's side will first take on Scotland as they look to strengthen their Grand Slam hopes.
It has been a perfect start to the tournament for Ireland as they secured bonus point wins against Wales, France and Italy.
And the trip to Murrayfield will represent a stiff test against an in-form Scotland side.
Ireland will take on England in the last game of the Six Nations on March 18 at the Aviva Stadium.
Kick-off for the game is set for 5 pm.
