It was back in September of 2024 that Hoda Kotb shocked everyone with her announcement: after 26 years on the air with Today on NBC, she’s going to retire.
Fans were bummed — as evidenced by all the tributes that poured in that day and beyond — but she’s been in broadcasting a long time and had so many terrific moments on the air.
Here’s your answer: Kotb’s last day as Today cohost and co-anchor will be Friday, January 10, 2025.
Until then, enjoy her on the air for a few more days! And I’m sure Friday will have a ton of moments to take in.
