The Premier League season is over, meaning the transfer window is just around the corner.
Recruitment teams at Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal will dip into the market for fresh talent, hoping to bridge the gap between themselves and Manchester City. Pep Guardiola's team recently secured a fifth Premier League title in six seasons... and it's unclear whether anyone will stop the treble-chasers next term.
Clubs will also be preparing for the perennial relegation battle, including Burnley, Sheffield United and Luton after the trio were promoted from the Championship. With that in mind, here is everything you need to know about the summer transfer window.
When does the summer transfer window open?
The Premier League's transfer window will officially open on Wednesday, June 14.
The English Football League's (EFL) window will open on the same date.
Although that is the official date, there is nothing stopping clubs from agreeing transfers in advance for when the window opens. That is why many critics believe the market comes alive when the season ends, as it allows managers to devote more time to transfers.

Despite the domestic window opening on June 14, clubs will not able to sign players based overseas until the international window opens on Saturday, July 1. That should not frustrate managers too much, with pre-season tours and friendlies not starting until July.
The LaLiga, Serie A and Bundesliga windows are also expected to open on July 1.
When does the summer transfer window close?
The transfer window will remain open until 11pm on Friday, September 1.
The winter window, meanwhile, will open on Monday, January 1 before closing at 11pm on Thursday, February 1.
What are the big transfer stories?
As ever, the next few months will be dominated by transfer stories. Man Utd's search for a new striker will be right up there, with Erik ten Hag still looking to replace Cristiano Ronaldo. Wout Weghorst is set to return to Burnley when his loan deal expires next month.
Harry Kane is believed to be United's first-choice target, but Tottenham chief Daniel Levy is a tough negotiator and will not give up his club's prized asset without a fight. The likes of Victor Osimhen, Goncalo Ramos and Rasmus Hojlund are also on Man Utd's shortlist.
Declan Rice is one of the most in demand players in the Premier League, with Arsenal leading the race for the West Ham captain's signature. Rice's England team-mate Jude Bellingham could also be on the move from Borussia Dortmund to Real Madrid.
Chelsea are expected to let a number of players leave Stamford Bridge this summer, with Mason Mount and Conor Gallagher tipped for the exit. Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is thought to be interested in signing both of those stars to bolster his midfield options.
Alexis Mac Allister's future is another hot topic, with Liverpool chasing the World Cup winner's signature. Brighton will do well to keep hold of Mac Allister and fellow midfielder Moises Caicedo, who has been one of the Premier League's breakthrough stars this term.
