The hit reality TV series RuPaul's Drag Race UK is returning to our screens this September, with twelve brand new drag queens competing to be crowned the UK’s Next Drag Race Superstar. Over the next ten weeks, they'll be hoping to impress RuPaul, and fellow judges Michelle Visage, Alan Carr and Graham Norton, to keep their place in the competition.
Throughout the series the contestants will be put through their paces in a number of challenges set by Mama Ru. An extra special celebrity guest judge will also be making an appearance each week, with the likes of Alison Hammond, Boy George, Mel B and Olly Alexander, among the famous faces set to join the panel.
Last year, Krystal Versace became the youngest winner of Drag Race, beating fellow finalists, Ella Vaday and Kitty Scott-Claus to the crown. But which queen has what it takes to win the 2022 series?

What time is Drag Race UK on tonight?
The new series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK will start on Thursday, September 22 from 9pm over on BBC Three or you can watch via the BBC iPlayer. The episode will air until 10.15pm and the competition is set to continue over the next 10 weeks.
In the season premiere airing tonight, RuPaul will be setting the 12 brand new queens their very first challenge - which has been described as 'an Olympic sized photo shoot'. They will then need to serve not just one, but two looks on the runway - RuPaul will then make the ultimate decision on who will shantay and who is the first queen to sashay away.
This week Dame Joanna Lumley joins Michelle Visage and Graham Norton on the judging panel. In a clip shared to the RuPaul's Drag Race UK Twitter account earlier today, Dame Joanna was talking about her appearance on the show, adding how she loved the "sheer drop dead glamour of the whole thing".
