Taylor Swift's epic Eras Tour comes to the UK - including Cardiff - in 2024. The global tour will be in venues throughout America, Argentina and Brazil this summer, before heading to Asia, Australia, Europe and the UK next year.
As part of The Eras Tour, Taylor will be performing in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff and London when she comes to the UK in 2024 along with Dublin. Demand for the Eras Tour UK tickets is already unprecedented, including the show in Cardiff, which will be her first-ever performance in Wales.
Taylor also announced that Paramore will be joining her on stage as a special guest for her UK dates. In her Tweet, she said: "And I get to travel the world doing shows with @paramore!! Hayley and I have been friends since we were teens in Nashville and now we get to frolic around the UK/Europe next summer??? I’m screaming???" Read more here.
On Wednesday, July 5, fans who registered with Ticketmaster are meant to be informed by email whether they have been randomly assigned a unique code to allow them to access the ticket sale, or if they have been placed on the waitlist - however, many fans are still waiting for an email. Tickets for the tour in the Welsh capital go on sale at 3pm on Wednesday, July 19 while presale tickets (only for those who pre-ordered the Midnights album) go on sale at 3pm on Wednesday, July 12. Originally, tickets for Cardiff were planned to go on sale on July 20.
In an email update on Wednesday, fans were told that those who have registered to buy tickets will be told if they have been selected to be given a code, or will instead have to join the waitlist, by midnight on July 14.
Do you need to register for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour tickets?
You can only get tickets if you have pre-registered with Ticketmaster, which closed on Thursday, June 22. Each city will receive its own specific release window, which fans must have registered their interest in seeing Taylor Swift at. But they're not guaranteed a ticket.
Fans who signed up to the Taylor Swift UK store Midnights album pre-order offer between Monday, August 29 and Thursday, October 27, also qualified for special pre-sale access to all UK and Ireland shows via email.
