Ahead of their opening fixture next Monday, England will be travelling to Qatar this week alongside the 32 other teams who will compete to be crowned world champions over the course of the next month.
The Three Lions' training base for the tournament will be at the 12,000-seater home of Al Wakrah SC in Doha, with their accommodation at the Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar by Tivoli. The benefit for teams of playing the World Cup in such a small country means that England will be able to base themselves in the same location throughout the tournament.
This means that England will be able to get well acquainted with their base despite the short preparation time of just a week following the Premier League season ahead of the tournament getting underway. That acclimatisation process will begin this week, with the Three Lions travelling to their base before their first match against Iran next Monday.
