Chelsea now know who they will face in the UEFA Champions League group stages as a new era at Stamford Bridge begins to heat up. The Blues enjoyed great success in the competition before the American-led consortium bought the club from Roman Abramovich, and Todd Boehly will be looking to build upon the west Londoners' rich history.
Thomas Tuchel, who led Chelsea to a second Champions League title during his first season in charge, has already been given an abundance of tools in a bid to reclaim the crown. The Blues have completed five first-team signings this summer; one of whom - Gabriel Slonina - has returned to his former club on loan, and three of which - Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly and Marc Cucurella - consider world-class talents.
And the west Londoners have shown no sign of slowing down with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Anthony Gordon heavily linked with moves to Stamford Bridge. Boehly's activity in the market proves he, and his consortium, are clearly keen to lift the club's third Champions League title - but, first, Chelsea must qualify from the group.

The Blues have been drawn against AC Milan, Red Bull Salzburg and GNK Dinamo Zagreb in Group E. The draw has already unearthed a number of exciting storylines and potential narratives for us to all enjoy.
Subject to availability, Fikayo Tomori and Olivier Giroud will be making a return to Stamford Bridge. The latter of whom played a crucial role in Chelsea lifting the trophy the season before last.
And while the group may be seen as an easy draw to some, the Italian giants won the Serie A last season - they're clearly a side to be reckoned with. Salzburg reached the knockouts of the Champions League for the first time last term and almost shocked Bayern Munich in the Round of 16.
Dinamo Zagreb currently sits on top of the Hrvatska Nogometna Liga (HNL), otherwise known as the Croatian top-flight. Possibly a dark horse?
Now Chelsea know who they will be facing, football.london takes a look at when the fixtures will be played while they wait to find out when exactly they will play each side in their group.
