WhatsApp will introduce a new feature that is set to be a game-changer.
Whether it's embarrassing typos or accidentally pressing "send" before finishing your sentence (we've all been there), WhatsApp users can now edit their sent messages to fix any errors. But there's a catch as the edit option will only be available for 15 minutes after the message was sent.
All you need to do is long press the message and choose the "edit" option from the menu. Edited messages will have an "edited" label displayed alongside them but the person you're messaging will not be able to view the edit history, according to the WhatsApp blog.

Your messages and edits will be protected by end-to-end encryption. Whatsapp has started rolling out the new feature globally and will be available to everyone in the coming weeks.
