What was the best school trip you remember growing up in Merseyside?

From Camelot to Colomendy, Speke Hall, Alton Towers, Knowsley Safari Park and more - there are many school trips we remember growing up in Merseyside.

It doesn't matter where you're from or how old you are, we all remember the excitement of getting out of lessons for the day, taking a packed lunch and making memories with our classmates. Some school trips may have been more popular depending on the era you grew up in.

But a number of attractions have changed or are no longer around and only live on in our memories and photographs. As adults, you may have noticed school trips are getting better and better as the years go by.

Nowadays, some pupils are flying abroad for trips - even as far as New York and South Africa. Whereas for some, a trip to the museum or to see a play in a local theatre meant taking just the afternoon out of lessons.

The ECHO is now looking for the best school trip you remember growing up in Merseyside, from rollercoaster rides to weekend getaways. You can tell us about your most memorable school trips by completing this survey.
