Jesse Marsch says Victor Orta has been amazing since Leeds United's defeat to Fulham. The American head coach says the sporting director has given him his full backing despite a poor run of results.
The Whites will head to Anfield this weekend looking to put a halt to their eight game winless run, but know that'll be quite the task. Liverpool are unbeaten at home in the Premier League so far this season.
There's been plenty of talk regarding Marsch's future at Elland Road since the Fulham defeat. But the head coach has given an insight into the conversations he's been having with Orta in recent days,

"He's been amazing as always," Marsch said. "Supportive, behind me, he believes in the football, believes in the leadership and believes in me.
"He's encouraged me to stay strong to tell me that he's with me 100% and this is us working together. He's done everything a sporting director could do for a manager, really.
"I couldn't ask for any more and it pains me that we all have to go through this. It's my job to get us out of it so we can enjoy our relationships and our work together. We're going to find a way to do that."
