Khabib allays weight fears
Khabib Nurmagomedov stripped off to step on the scales but weighed in at 155lb for his title fight against Dustin Poirier at UFC 242.
The lightweight champion skipped his media commitments on Thursday, sparking speculation that he was finding his cut tough.
But he checked his weight 10 minutes before the official window opened yesterday and appeared content with the reading.
He returned just after 9am to officially make the lightweight limit, albeit with the aid of a towel.
Poirier followed minutes later and also weighed 155lb to ensure both men are eligible to win the belt in Abu Dhabi tonight night.
