Coldplay will mark 88 live shows when they hit Cardiff's Principality Stadium on Tuesday, June 6 - that's a long rehearsal stint to get it just right for when they perform live for their Welsh fans for the first time since 2017.
Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion perform their Music of the Spheres show over two nights on Tuesday and Wednesday, and thousands of people will descend on the city to put on their now-famous twinkly wristbands, bounce huge colourful balls off their heads and probably a special guest with a Welsh connection (fingers crossed!).
The world tour, which is turning heads thanks to its sustainability promises and efforts to reduce carbon emissions - more on that here - has been going since March 2022 and has fans pedalling bikes and dancing on a kinetic dancefloor to produce energy for the show itself.
But that's just one cool thing Coldplay fans can expect, helping the world - but what's the performance from the boys going to be like? A set list full of new and old hits like Yellow, Higher Power,A Sky Full of Stars and more will be entertaining the crowd and the full set list for previous shows can be seen below as an example.
One thing that could be likely to change on that set list is the cover song. In Manchester they did Sit Down by James and local rapper Aitch joined them on night two at the Etihad to duet with the band on his tracks 1989 and Buss Down.
Chris Martin informed fans why he chose Sit Down for their encore cover, as reported by the MEN. The singer said it was "one of the best songs of all time," and sang it as a tribute to Manchester.
Chris added: "This song is a good gathering song. We don't want that thing to be forgotten, how important and amazing One Love Manchester was in response to something so crazy and so terrible.
"So we want to sing this song again, it's Sit Down by James, it's one of the best songs of all time and we want to sing it all together ok."
Martin also declared Manchester "the home of music," so if he's about buttering up his host city/country, then Wales isn't shy of some cracking music legends, from the traditional male voice choir to the pop/rock/indie icons like Manics, SFA, 'Phonics and loads more.
Back in 2017, James Jones from Rhos Male Voice Choir joined the band on stage to sing Mae Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau - read more on that here. So Coldplay aren't averse to endearing themselves to the Welsh, and we are really looking forward to seeing what they come up with this week.
As for the rest of the show, those twinkling wristbands do some heavy lifting as our colleagues up in Manchester report: "It’s a simply stunning spectacle of a show. Lord knows how they do it but during Human Heart, those flashing wristbands even form into red love hearts across the stadium - it’s just incredible and quite moving to witness it all.
"There are bursts of fire, there are confetti bombs and yes there are fireworks." Read that full review here, because we don't want to give it all away.
