Everything announced at Star Wars Celebration 2025
Star Wars: Starfighter

It's official: the Shawn Levy Star Wars movie isn't just happening, it's shooting this fall and will release on May 28, 2027. It will be set after The Rise of Skywalker, and it will feature new characters.
"I think the reality is that this script is just so good. It has such a good story with great and original characters, it's filled with so much heart and adventure, and there just really is not a more perfect filmmaker for this particular story than Shawn," said Gosling in a surprise appearance at the convention.
Levy and Gosling made their entrance before The Mandalorian & Grogu panel kicked off, which was one exciting way to open the weekend.
The Mandalorian & Grogu

The Mandalorian & Grogu showed off some new set photos and debuted some footage at Star Wars Celebration. The footage featured a glimpse at what appeared to be Jeremy Allen White's Rotta the Hutt, as well as Grogu using the Force, Mando blasting some troopers, and more.
Plus, it looks like Pedro Pascal's Din Djarin will be maskless at least once, judging by those new pictures.

Maul: Shadow Lord

A brand new animated series about Maul is on the way, coming in 2027. A trailer was played (twice) at the convention, showing Maul on the hunt for an apprentice.
Andor season 2

Andor season 2 is right around the corner, and those in attendance at Saturday's panel were able to watch the first episode.
The cast and showrunner Tony Gilroy were also present, and Diego Luna shared a heart warming amount of love for Alan Tudyk.
Ahsoka

The Ahsoka season 2 panel was packed with reveals. Dave Filoni, Jon Favreau, Rosario Dawson, and Hayden Christensen attended the panel, and we learned a whole lot about the new show.
Christensen will return as Anakin Skywalker, Game of Thrones star Rory McCann will step in for the late Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll, Admiral Ackbar will also return, and there was even a first look (of sorts).
Visions

Star Wars's animated anthology series Visions is returning for season 3, and it was announced that the new season will continue the stories of 'The Duel,' 'The Village Bride,' and 'The Ninth Jedi.' The remaining six shorts will be new stories.
The show will be released on October 29, 2025, so there's not long to wait.
We were also treated to an action-packed sizzle reel, which showcased the shorts' unique animation. A first look at season 3 had already been unveiled before the convention kicked off.
Plus, Star Wars Visions Presents was announced, which will allow for longer narratives. The first, The Ninth Jedi, will be released in 2026.
