Scarlets back-rower Josh Macleod finally gets a taste of international rugby as Wayne Pivac makes six changes to his team. Leigh Halfpenny returns to the squad and will be on the bench having withdrawn from the autumn curtain-raiser against the All Blacks two weeks ago.
So far this autumn, Georgia have beaten Uruguay 34-18 and lost narrowly to Samoa in 20-19 last weekend. It will be their first Test match against top 10 world-ranked opposition during the autumn internationals.

Josh Macleod starts at No. 8 for Wales to make his senior international debut at the third attempt. He is joined by stalwart Justin Tipuric and turnover specialist Jac Morgan in the back-row.
Cardiff teammates Rhys Priestland and Tomos Williams will be pulling the strings from fly-half and scrum-half respectively. Nick Tompkins is replaced by Owen Watkin in the midfield, while Josh Adams comes in to replace Rio Dyer on the wing.
The Lelos have named a strong side with a selection of players who ply their trade in France's Top 14 and the English Premiership. Lock Konstantin Mikautadze plays for Bayonne, and has an impressive rugby CV. He has also worn the colours of Agen, Toulon and Montpellier. Full-back Davit Niniashvili plays for Lyon in the Top 14 and also featured for the Barbarians against England earlier this year.
