Molly McCann will continue her quest to become a world champion in UFC as she takes on Erin Blanchfield at UFC 281 on Saturday night in New York.
She returns to the Octagon for the first time since UFC London in July where she beat Hannah Goldy via TKO in what was named Performance of the Night. Now, she takes on one of the rising stars of the company, with 23-year-old Erin Blanchfield having won on her first three appearances in the UFC.
Meatball Molly has enjoyed a huge rise in profile in the last 12 months, with her appearances alongside Paddy 'The Baddy' Pimblett drawing huge interest in the sport. Her appearance at UFC 281 will see her fight on a huge night for the sport, with Israel Adesanya taking on Alex Pereira in what will be the sternest test so far for Adesanya, who is currently ranked #2 in the UFC pound-for-pound rankings.
