Match of the Day 2 is expected to be 'much reduced' today as the fallout at the BBC over the decision to ask Gary Lineker to 'step back' from presenting duties continues.
The fallout from Lineker's suspension from BBC rumbles on, with his fellow colleagues Ian Wright and Alex Scott also stepping back from their duties. Football Focus was cancelled while Final Score, which normally airs at 4.30pm on Saturday, also didn't go ahead.
The BBC was forced to broadcast just a 20-minute Match of the Day highlights show on Saturday night. The show did not include a presenter, pundits or commentators.

Match of the Day 2 coverage is also expected to be 'much-reduced'. The programme will be without normal host Mark Chapman and the format will be similar to Saturday night's Match of the Day.
"As yesterday, there will be no ‘normal’ MOTD(2) programme tonight,' Match of the Day commentator Guy Mowbray tweeted. "The scheduled commentary team are in full agreement with our BBC Sport colleagues. We hope that a resolution can be found ASAP."
What time is Match of the Day 2 on?
Match of the Day 2 will be broadcast on BBC One on Sunday night. The show is scheduled to start at 10.30pm and last for 20 minutes.
