What time is Emma Raducanu's Wimbledon match today and how to watch

Wimbledon is underway with fans heading to the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London.

Some of the biggest names in the sport are taking part in the tournament, including Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams and Andy Murray, who missed the French Open to prepare for this.

Emma Raducanu is also playing, with her first match set for later today (Monday, June 27).

Ahead of the game, the British No 1 said: “I’m very much looking forward to being back here at Wimbledon. I think that it’s the most special place to be playing tennis.

"Just a very inspiring and motivating place to be. Definitely looking forward to stepping out on court on Monday. Yeah, ready to go.”

What time is Emma Raducanu playing today?

Raducanu will be heading out to the court at 3.30pm on Monday, June 27.

The first round will take place on the centre court, with the entire match being available to watch on TV or live streamed online.

Raducanu is feeling confident this year, saying: “This year I get such a special feeling walking around the ground.

“I definitely feel that people are behind me. Even from some of the people working on the tournament, they’re like: ‘You got this.’ Just cheering me on. That’s pretty special in itself.”

The match will be aired as part of the BBC ’s Wimbledon live coverage.

It starts on June 27 at 11am and will consistently show what is happening over the remainder of the tournament.

Tune in to BBC One at 3.30pm to catch Raducanu’s match as she begins her bid for a second Grand Slam win.

It will also be aired on BBC iPlayer as part of the platform’s live streaming and catch-up.

Raducanu is taking on Alison Van Uytvanck, a Belgian player who has won five singles and two doubles WTA Tour titles.

She has also won three Challenger Tour singles titles, twelve singles and two doubles titles on the ITF Circuit.

She is currently ranked No 46.
