The final weekend of the Guinness Six Nations will see Ireland attempt to secure a first Grand Slam in five years.
Steve Borthwick's England face Ireland in Dublin a day after St Patrick's Day, and face the enormous task of beating the world's top-ranked team, who are also one of the favourites to win the World Cup later this year.
Elsewhere, Warren Gatland's Wales will look to end their campaign on a high with a shock victory away in Paris against an in-form France, while Italy travel to Scotland.
It will be the final competitive Test match for all teams before the World Cup kicks off in France in September.
