The match comes just days before the first teams clash in the Scottish Cup semi-final at Hampden and just over a week after Celtic's senior side defeated Rangers at Ibrox.
Rangers B ran out 3-0 winners when these sides met earlier in the season, but the young Hoops defeated their city rivals 3-1 in the Glasgow Cup last month.
