Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-Min surprised a young fan on her birthday by sending her a special message. The clip, released by the club's social media team, shows the South Korea star waving at the young fan as he warms up. She is clearly delighted having been acknowledged by the Spurs star.
The footage - which can be found on the club's Instagram page - then cuts to the girl who’s at home just as she is told to check her messages on her tablet. To her shock there's one from Son wishing her a happy birthday, with the young fan left speechless by the heartwarming gesture.

The Lilywhites have been inconsistent of late but after winning successive games against Brighton and West Ham, they appear to be finding form heading into the business end of the season.
