“Running Wild with Bear Grylls” (Nat Geo, 9 p.m.): “The Hangover’s” Bradley Cooper hangs out with Grylls in the badlands of Wyoming in the season premiere.
“D.I. Ray” (PBS, 10 p.m.): “ER’s” Parminder Nagra stars as a British Asian police detective in this new mystery drama.

“90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way” (TLC, 8 p.m.): My Bonnie lies over the ocean in the unscripted series' fifth season.
“Secrets of Playboy” (A&E, 9 p.m.): Return with us now to the house Hugh Hefner built in Season 2 of this investigative series.
“BBQ Brawl” and “BBQ USA” (Food Network, 9 and 10:30 p.m.): They’re getting up in each other’s grills in the two unscripted series' season premieres.

“Five Star Chef” (Netflix): Contestants vie for a spot at one of the schmanciest eateries in London in this new culinary competition.
“Foundation” (Apple TV+): The future ain’t gonna save itself in a second season of this sci-fi drama starring Jared Harris and based on the novels by Isaac Asimov.
“Imagine Dragons Live in Vegas” (Hulu): The pop rockers do whatever it takes to entertain a hometown crowd in this new concert doc.
“The Summer I Turned Pretty” (Prime Video): The coming-of-age drama based on the novels by Jenny Han returns for its sophomore season. With Lola Tung.
“Too Hot to Handle” (Netflix): But they’re doing asbestos they can in new episodes of the reality competition.
