Arsenal sent yet another major statement of intent to the rest of the Premier League in the title race by registering a huge win over Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners looked to banish their demons from Old Trafford in the reverse fixture, where they suffered their only defeat of the season so far.
Those of an Arsenal persuasion would've been concerned of a repeat against their rivals more than once in the game as Marcus Rashford's long-range strike opened the scoring. Eddie Nketiah equalised shortly after though, arriving at the back post to head the ball home.
After the break, Bukayo Saka handed the Gunners the lead in the clash, cutting in on his left foot to let a strike fly from the edge of the area. One-time Arsenal transfer target Lisandro Martinez then levelled the game once again as he stooped low to finish with his head from a corner.

The game was moving towards a draw, but there was still one chance to come late on that would separate the two sides at the end. Oleksandr Zinchenko received the ball on the left, pulling it into the box to Martin Odegaard for a shot hit into the ground and towards the goal.
It appeared as though David de Gea would deny a goal, but Nketiah was in the right place at the right time to flick it beyond the goalkeeper. It registered a huge win for the Gunners in the title race, the importance of which was clearly seen on the face and actions of Zinchenko.
The Ukrainian international let out an almighty cheer and fist pump as the goal was confirmed by VAR, going on to run into the crowd to celebrate. It shows how huge that moment could be for the Gunners as they look to beat Zinchenko's former side Manchester City to the top.
