Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk made yesterday's clash against Southampton a day to remember for one Ukrainian family.
Despite losing 1-0 to Southampton at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League, the 22-year-old met Marko and Luka, plus their mother Nataliya, who are refugees after escaping the ongoing war with Russia. Later joined by father Marko too, the family watched the game from the stands and met Mudryk shortly after the game.
Signing autographs and presenting gifts, the young boys - Marko and Luka - are keen footballers and were overjoyed to meet their fellow countryman. Mudryk has so far made five appearances under Graham Potter, after joining from Shakhtar Donetsk in January.

The youngster replaced fellow January addition Noni Madueke with just under half an hour left to play, but failed to make an impact as Chelsea sunk to yet another disappointing defeat. James Ward-Prowse struck the game's only goal with 45 minutes played.
After losing in midweek too in the Champions League, Graham Potter is facing serious concerns regarding his position at the club, with the Blues now nine points off the top four. Chelsea return to action next weekend, set to take on fellow top-four hopefuls Tottenham away from home.
