Arsenal responded to the midweek defeat to Manchester City by retaining their spot at the top of the Premier League on Saturday, thanks to a 4-2 victory over Aston Villa.
The Gunners fell behind on two occasions in the first half, with Ollie Watkins and Philippe Coutinho grabbing the goals for Unai Emery's side. However, Bukayo Saka and Oleksandr Zinchenko levelled the scores before the dramatic final events unfolded.
With Arsenal pushing for a winner, former Gunners goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez put the ball into his own net with an unfortunate rebound from Jorginho's tremendous strike outside the area. The £12million January signing impressed in Mikel Arteta's midfield and produced one of the moments of the season in injury-time at Villa Park.

Gabriel Martinelli made sure of the three points deep into injury-time, capitalising on Martinez leaving his goal vacated in an attempt to grab a late equaliser. The victory - alongside Man City's draw with Nottingham Forest - means the Gunners regained their lead at the top with a two-point advantage with 15 games remaining.
After the game, Arteta was asked whether Jorginho had silenced his doubters with his performance in Thomas Partey's absence. He said: "I certainly didn't see that quality of him - scoring from deep. The biggest quality he has is that he makes other people look better, better than what you actually are.
"He's made a huge impact already on the boys and the staff and hopefully our fans. I hope people can see that because I thought he was tremendous today.”
After the win, Jorginho posted a number of posts on his Instagram story including an image of him celebrating Martinez's own goal. However, alongside a picture of him carrying Saka on his shoulders, Jorginho wrote: "You @Bukayosaka87, Silly Boy,” with two laughing face emojis and a red heart.
Quite why he called him a silly boy, we do not know, but he has already struck up quite a relationship with his new Arsenal teammates.
The Gunners face a busy schedule in the next month, with five fixtures to tick off. A trip to Leicester City next weekend is followed by their game in hand to City versus Everton. They then welcome Bournemouth and Crystal Palace to the Emirates Stadium with a trip to Fulham inbetween.
