Today's word may trip some people up since it has repeating letters which aren't always expected.

The key to figuring out this word is getting all the vowels in the right place early on - any seasoned Wordle player will have a list of guess words to start with that are likely to help.

After eliminating the obvious letters, lucky players will be left with a U and E, but these alone won't make the word of the day immediately clear.

The trick is figuring out there are in fact two Es at the end of today's word.

If you also figured out there's an R at the beginning of the word then it becomes much easier to guess since there is only one five letter word in the English language that begins with an R, has a U and two Es at the end.

That's right, today's Wordles answer is RUPEE - a form of currency used in India, Pakistan and some other south Asian countries.

If you ran out of guesses, don't get too bogged down - Wordle is always more difficult when two of the same letter is involved as it can be more difficult to find the right place for both letters.
