What is the 2024 Jingle Bell Ball line-up at the O2 arena?

Katy Perry will be headlining the Sunday concert - (PA Archive)

Since 2008, a horde of pop music’s biggest stars have descended on the O2 arena in south-east London for the Jingle Bell Ball, including Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Dua Lipa and Harry Styles.

The two-day concert – which is described as the UK’s biggest Christmas party – is the festive accompaniment to Capital FM’s Summer Time Ball in June, and this year will take place on December 7 and December 8.

Last year’s concert was headlined by the R&B and soul of Alicia Keys and featured a helping of throwback acts like Busted and Take That. Newer stars like Tate McRae, ArrDee, Raye and Leigh-Anne, a former member of Little Mix, completed the lineup.

Keep reading to find out who is performing at the 2024 Jingle Bell Ball.

Coldplay

This isn’t the first time the feel-good pop rock of Coldplay has headlined the Jingle Bell Ball – the band has performed at the concert three times, in 2011, 2015 and 2022. Expect all the classics (Clocks, Viva La Vida), a sea of waving LED wristbands and a few tracks from their latest album, Moon Music. Those attending the ball will be the envy of the band’s fans – earlier this year tickets for their 2025 10-date stint at Wembley Stadium sold out in minutes.

Teddy Swims

The American singer-songwriter will perform at the concert fresh off the news that his breakthrough hit Lose Control was the UK’s fifth most-streamed song of 2024. For those unfamiliar with Grammy-nominated Teddy Swims, his sound is a soulful mix of R&B, country and pop.

Tom Grennan

Known for his raspy voice and collaborations with Calvin Harris and Chase & Status, Little Bit of Love singer Tom Grennan has collaborated with fellow Jingle Bell performers Ella Henderson (Let’s Go Home Together) and KSI – the latter’s drum and bass track Not Over Yet reached number four on the UK charts in 2022.

Perrie

Following in the footsteps of her fellow Little Mix members Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne, Perrie makes her solo debut on the Jingle Bell Ball stage this year after appearing at the Summer Time Ball in June. She introduced her solo breezy pop sound earlier this year with the top 10 hit Forget About Us.

Clean Bandit

Our ears have become accustomed to the electropop of Clean Bandit for quite some time now: they’ve scored a number of hits with the Jess Glynn-assisted (and Grammy-winning) Rather Be, Sean Paul and Anne Marie-fronted Rockabye and Symphony with Zara Larsson.

Ella Henderson

The X Factor star and Brit nominee is no stranger to the Jingle Bell Ball: she’s performed at the concert twice and helped host it multiple times.

Sigala

Counting Nile Rogers, Craig David and Paloma Faith as his collaborators, the DJ and producer will no doubt be providing the crowd with feel-good vibes courtesy of his uplifting, tropical style of dance-pop.

Katy Perry

Katy Perry reveals inspiration behind 143 album title (PA Archive)

Although her latest album 143 may have been considered a flop critically and commercially, Katy Perry still boasts a heap of sing-your-heart-out pop gems under her belt, from Firework to Roar. The headliner will return to the Jingle Bell Ball stage this year after topping the bill back in 2013.

KSI

The headline-making TikTok star and professional boxer turned his hand to rap music in 2020, and his legions of Gen Z followers clearly tuned in – he’s scored seven top-10 hits (including Holiday, which narrowly missed out on No 1) and even a coveted collaboration with Lil Wayne.

Becky Hill

The sole success story of The Voice UK (despite not winning the show), Becky Hill has found her niche as one of the most prominent voices in British dance music, winning the Brit Award for best dance act consecutively in 2022 and 2023.

Joel Corry

Before becoming the producer behind a string of vocal-led house tracks, Joel Corry had a recurring role on MTV’s Geordie Shore. Now, he’s swapped the “mint” nights out for working with David Guetta, Charli XCX and Rita Ora.

Kygo

Norwegian DJ and producer Kygo has put a modern spin on classics by Tina Turner, Paul McCartney and Donna Summer. His other productions have gone from progressive house to mellow dance-pop, and he has worked with Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding and Miguel.
