After the collapse of Matches Fashion and given the widespread struggles currently faced by luxury retailers, now hardly seems the time to launch a multi-brand retail platform. Seasons is doing just that, though, making use of Next’s vast infrastructure and offering brands from Marc Jacobs to Ganni — and now launched.
“We have created a new luxury ecommerce site that wouldn't be viable without Next’s infrastructure. Next has an established database of clients who trust their brand and based on their extensive research they found their customers have an appetite for luxury and are currently feeling underserved outside London. We are leveraging all this data to introduce a new online retailer so now is the right time to present our luxury offering to them,” says Jade Taylor, the brand director.
“We are hyper focused on our curated edit, not only through the buy but also our content and communication with our clients as well as a personal customer care offering, ensuring our clients are receiving the best support and receiving an end to end luxury experience,” she continues.
“We are able to offer next day delivery 7 days a week. Hassle free returns either via UK wide home collection and over 450 drop off points across the UK where you will receive your refund on the same day. We are also able to offer payment options via NextPay: split payment or buy now, pay later,” she says.
Other brands on offer include Completedworks, Nanushka, Coach, Tory Burch, Nanushka and A.P.C. There are also be dedicated edits, with suggestions on what to shop for specific occasion – from a festive bash to a weekend wedding.
As for their product curation, Taylor explains they seek out “desirable investment items that stand the test of time with a reasonable cost per wear. The SEASONS aesthetic is effortlessly stylish yet polished. We offer our customers the building blocks of a modern signature wardrobe, orchestrated around three key themes; effortless sophistication, elevated design and timelessness.”
Something for everyone, and well worth a browse.
