What is Love Island's movie night and when will it come back after Casa Amor secrets

Love Island viewers were shocked by some huge twist in last night's Casa Amor recoupling.

Tasha and Andrew parted ways after four weeks as they both recoupled with new Islanders.

Indiyah and Dami also both recoupled and had a very tense moment when Dami called her a "heartbreaker".

Danica and Jay both finally made a connection and recoupled with their new love interests.

Meanwhile Ekin-Su and Davide, Luca and Gemma and Paige and Jacques all remained in their original couples.

Things started to blow up as the Islanders began learning what their other halves had been up to in Casa Amor, particularly the boys' behaviour.

But it looks like there could still be drama to come as fans have been begging producers for the return of Movie Night so that the couples can see exactly what went down in Casa Amor.

Here's what Movie Night is and when it could return.

What is Love Island's movie night?

Last year's movie night brought plenty of drama (ITV)

The movie night is an explosive part of the Love Island series and always brings huge drama with it.

During past movie nights, the Islanders have been shown clips from Casa Amor and the main villa including unfaithful kisses and bedtime antics.

And this year there's plenty that could be included.

Fans have been busy predicting the moments they think could feature in a movie night.

They include Ekin-Su's 'heat of the moment' bedroom drama that she kept under wraps in Casa Amor.

But it looks like most of the other Movie Night moments could come from the vast amount of antics the boys got up to in the main villa.

Viewers think that Dami, Andrew and Jacques' kisses and connections with the bombshells could all be exposed.

Love Island producer's haven't confirmed when Movie Night will make a return and they left fans outraged after axing a key part of Casa Amor this year - the postcard.

But fans have predicted that they've been saving all the betrayals for Movie Night and that it will happen very soon.

In May, Love Island bosses confirmed that they were still fans of Movie Night and wouldn't axe it from the show.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Love Island's executive producer Mike Spencer said: "Movie Night - that was an in villa format, it was a more of passing information, way for them to see what happened, I think that was exciting - so watch this space."

Taking to Twitter, viewers have been begging for ITV bosses to bring it back soon.

One fan said: "I just feel like the girls haven’t realised the gravity of the f***ry that occurred, and for that reason, we need movie night in the next 1-2 working days."

While another said: "Hopefully instead of the postcard we get the movie night, there was too much s**t to fit on one postcard."

Last year's movie night happened during episode 39, so if this years series follows suit we could be seeing the dramatic evening making a return at the end of next week.
