Tottenham Hotspur qualified as Group D winners for the Champions League Round of 16 on Wednesday night thanks to an injury time winner from Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg. The midfielder's 95th minute strike meant that they climbed above Eintracht Frankfurt late on to clinch top spot.
Spurs had gone a goal down after Chancel Mbemba Mangulu opened the scoring on the stroke of half-time. Clement Lenglet's header levelled proceedings in the 54th minute. The game was nervy for the Lilywhites thereafter. Former Arsenal man Sead Kolasinac had the opportunity to break Tottenham's hearts prior to injury time but he headed wide at the back post.
Harry Kane then played Hojbjerg through in the dying embers of the game to ensure victory in France.

Understandably, Spurs players were elated with the three points, something that was evident in the dressing room after. Kane in particular was seen having a good time as Tottenham's main man showed off his dancing skills to the entire team.
As seen on Emerson Royal's post-game Instagram story, Kane enjoyed a well-earned two-step after a hard-fought victory at the Stade Velodrome. Teammate Yves Bissouma later jumped in with some moves of his own, before Royal captured Lucas Moura's joyful scream.
Such a huge win comes at a great time for Spurs. Although the Lilywhites beat Bournemouth 3-2 at the weekend, the players were booed at half-time in their 2-1 defeat to Newcastle after what was a lacklustre display in N17. With Liverpool at home on Sunday, and Antonio Conte back in the dugout, Tottenham have a great chance to go into the World Cup enforced break on a massive high.
