Liverpool midfielder James Milner has aimed a cheeky dig at the Reds coaching staff after his superb fitness exploits shone through once more.
The 36-year-old could be seen leading the way as Jurgen Klopp's side were put through their paces by completing timed laps around a running track.
Following the completion of the endurance drills, Milner was heard in footage released by the club jokingly asking the coaching staff: "Do you just enjoy watching pain?"

Stepping off of the team bus, members of the squad were split up into small groups before being urged to quicken up the pace, as preparations begin for the upcoming 22/23 campaign.
Asked to 'push themselves' throughout the video posted online, Liverpool will be hoping to continue their pre-season journey with a win, as they face off against Austrian champions RB Salzburg on Wednesday evening.
A first piece of silverware is then up for grab just three days later, with a trip to Leicester scheduled for this season's Community Shield final against Manchester City.
The Reds will however also face Ligue 1 outfit Strasbourg this Sunday, with a younger starting XI expected to feature at Anfield.
