Frenchy Morgan has shared an incredible pre-surgery throwback that shows her looking dramatically different.
And she's set to change even more now that she's planning a string of seven surgeries to look like an "anime doll".
In the before picture that Frenchy, who appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2014, shared exclusively with Mirror Online, she's completely unrecognisable.
The 44-year-old model and actress was 27 when the snap was taken.
In it, Frenchy's natural beauty is seen beneath minimal make up as she poses up in a sparkling skin-tight top and matching knickers.
Frenchy's hair is blonde on top and darker underneath and hangs down to her hips in beachy waves.
She's smiling for the camera and appears happy and confident, but Frenchy says she felt "natural and boring".
She told us: "I like to look unique, anime dolls are flawless beautiful and magical."
Frenchy has just had her third boob job, going up to a 34E in her bid to look "more Asian".
Her natural boobs were size 34A, and she had surgery to go up to a B-cup, then another to move up to a C-cup.
Now that she's gone up to an E-cup, she's spent a total of $25,000 on her boobs alone.
She joked: "They better be big and they better be anime style."
She added: "It's a lifetime investment, it's worth it."
Frenchy is also now planning to have surgery to make her waist smaller and her bum bigger with the help of a fat transfer.
And her surgeon, Dr Robert Rey, has already approved all of her planned procedures.
Frenchy is also having fillers and a face lift to give her the appearance of younger and bigger eyes and to lift her brow.
She's also looking to have a face graft carried out in Korea.
And she's planning to head to Tokyo, Japan in April to explore the culture she's obsessed with and to follow her dream of becoming a living anime doll.
Frenchy also opened up about the abuse she received on social media, and admitted she doesn't care what anyone else thinks.
She said: "I don’t care about haters, I always follow my dream and goals, they won’t stop me.
"Haters are insecure losers, I’m a winner."
K-pop obsessed Frenchy recently appeared in a short documentary for Barcroft TV, called Hooked on the Look .
She said: "I just want to look like a fantasy anime doll with a super power.
"I am not satisfied with my look right now."
Dressed head-to-toe in pink, she continued: "I'm not going to be happy until I have surgery so I can look more Asian and more sexy."
Frenchy shows documentary markers around her closet, announcing she has a different pink outfit for every day of the year.
She also has lots of her clothes custom made so that no one else can look like her.
"I'm on my quest to get a transformation to look like my favourite anime doll," she added.
"She's tall and slim and beautiful and she has really, really, really big boobs."
