We heard plenty about how Jaylen Brown’s negotiations for his historic supermax contract extension with the Boston Celtics were held up by his commitment to a National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) event in Europe, but few of us had a good idea of what it was Brown was helping unfold across the Atlantic.
The event, dubbed the “Sanctuary,”, saw NBA stars taking their preparation for the upcoming season to the next level by training at the NBPA’s “Sanctuary” located in Spain. This exclusive training program offers top players the perfect environment to hone their skills and get in peak physical condition ahead of the new season.
