In the spirit of the holiday season, a few higher-profile fans of the Boston Celtics are engaging in a festive exercise—imagining what each player on the storied ball club would want to get from Santa Claus for Christmas.
The hosts of the CLNS Media “How About Them Celtics!” podcast presented their singular takes on the ideal gifts for each of the players on the Celtics’ roster, ranging from all kinds of NBA skill improvements to some unrealistic if creative physical enhancements. One of the players is even envisioned as asking for a time machine — no word on how exactly it would work, though.
This creative exercise sheds a little light on the team’s internal dynamics and individual player needs — at least as they are imagined by the HBTC hosts.
