Davide Ancelotti has already expressed his admiration of Everton amid links to the vacant manager's job at Goodison Park.
The 33-year-old was the assistant manager at Goodison Park during his father Carlo's 18-month stint in charge of the Blues. And now he is being tipped to follow in his dad's footsteps.
With Everton looking to appoint a new manager following the sacking of Frank Lampard, Davide has been mooted as an alternative to reported favourite Marcelo Bielsa. And further reports have suggested he is eyeing his first steps into first-team managerial, thus stepping out of the shadow of Carlo, who enhanced his reputation as one of the game's greatest manager by winning a La Liga and Champions League double since returning to Real Madrid from the Blues.

So what has Davide said previously about Everton?
"I had the opportunity to work for big clubs and I think Everton has everything to be at the same level because these facilities are amazing, one of the best facilities in Europe," he once told EvertonTV.
"What impressed me from the first day is the sense of belonging here, everyone loves this club and this feeling everyone has here is something you can feel from the first time and I was impressed from the fans, people that work here, it's something different.
"It gives you that feeling, I'm the first Everton supporter now, being with him [Duncan Ferguson] is something you can feel, it's Everton, on the bench I'm really excited when we score."
"There is this kind of pressure that I'm used to having on my shoulders but it's a motivation to me to show my abilities as a coach, my knowledge and I think it's a good thing for me, it makes me work harder every day," he added on the pressure of being Carlo Ancelotti's son.
"I'm used to have this pressure but I learn how to live with it and make it good for me and my job."
