Piers Morgan is returning to screens one year after he stormed off Good Morning Britain. The controversial presenter is making his comeback with a brand new television show Uncensored, which will air on Talk TV.
Talk TV is a new channel that is part of Rupert Murdoch's News UK empire and will feature live chat and debate on all the latest news with shows from Piers, Sharon Osbourne, and political journalist Tom Newton-Dunn. Piers' new show will air weeknights and he has promised it will "annoy all the right people".
Former President Donald Trump is Piers' first guest and their sit down has been dubbed "the most explosive interview of the year". The episode has already caused a stir, however, after Trump claimed the promo clip had been "doctored" to make it look like he'd walked out.
Following the release of the trailer clip, Caitlyn Jenner announced she had cancelled her own appearance with Piers and branded him "repulsive" on Twitter. You can read more on this here.
But when will Uncensored air and what channel will TalkTV be available on? Here's everything you need to know ahead of the start date.
What channel is TalkTV on?
Talk TV is going to be free for viewers to watch and is available on various channels, depending on what broadcaster you're signed up to the channel number may vary.
You'll find TalkTV on Sky 526, Virgin Media 627, Freeview 237 and Freesat 217.
According to the Express, some of the other platforms it will be available will be Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung TV Plus and YouTube. The programmes are going to be available live and on catch-up on TalkTV's own website and apps.
When does Piers Morgan Uncensored start?
Talk TV is the new home of TalkRadio and launches on Monday, April 25. A schedule for Monday to Friday has been announced and starts with James Max’s early breakfast show at 5am and ends with Sharon Osborne's Late Nights from 10pm.
Piers Morgan's Uncensored will air between 8pm and 9pm Monday to Thursday, with Piers Morgan Uncensored Best Of airing on Friday nights.
Referencing his GMB exit and introducing his new show last month, Piers said: "A year ago today, I was forced to leave a job that I loved at the peak of its success for having the audacity to express an honestly held opinion. Well, this shouldn't happen in any democracy supposedly built on the principles of free speech and freedom of expression.
"So I’m delighted to now be returning to live television with a new prime-time show whose main purpose will be to cancel the cancel culture which has infected societies around the world. I wanted to be a platform for lively, vigorous debate, the news-making interviews, and that increasingly taboo three letter-word, fun."
