Croatia take on Spain tonight in the final of the Uefa Nations League.
The 2018 World Cup runners-up booked their place in the final with a dramatic extra-time win over the Netherlands in the semi-finals, and are now within touching distance of a first ever major trophy.
Standing in their way are Spain, who eased to a 2-1 win over Italy in the other semi-final, with former Newcastle United striker Joselu netting the winner after Ciro Immobile's penalty cancelled out Yeremy Pino's early opener for Spain.

Yes. Viewers can catch all the action on Channel 4, with coverage starting from 7pm BST.

Spain v Croatia team news
Croatia are unlikely to make major changes, with the midfield trio of Luka Modric, Mateo Kovacic and Marcelo Brozovic once again likely to start.
Josko Gvardiol pulled out of the semi-final win over the Netherlands with injury, while Marko Livaja is also not involved.
For Spain, Joselu seems likely to make way for captain Alvaro Morata, and he is expected to lead the line once again.
