Manchester United have the opportunity to move back into the top four of the Premier League with a victory over Brighton & Hove Albion on Tuesday as they aim for their first win in three matches.
The Red Devils dropped four points last week by surrendering 1-0 leads against Burnley on Tuesday and then Southampton on Saturday and will be desperate to ensure the same doesn’t happen again here by collecting all three points.
But Brighton will be no easy test and the Seagulls will be keen to extend their seven-game unbeaten run to further tighten their grip on a top-half finish.
The Seagulls defeated Watford 2-0 at the weekend but another victory at Old Trafford would lift them up to eighth and put them well in the mix for those European places.
This fixture represents itself as a game in hand for both sides after the original match in December was postponed due to a high number of Covid-19 cases at Old Trafford, so both sides will be keen for three points to catch up with those around them.
Will Man Utd overcome their recent struggles and pick up all three points against Brighton? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
When is Man Utd vs Brighton?
Man Utd vs Brighton will kick-off at 8:15pm on Tuesday, February 15 at Old Trafford.
As this original fixture was rescheduled, the two sides haven’t yet met this season, so the last meeting between them came back in April 2021, when the Red Devils defeated their visitors 2-1 at Old Trafford.
Former United forward Danny Welbeck gave Brighton a shock 1-0 lead after just 13 minutes, but second half goals from Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood helped the hosts to come from behind and grab all three points in this Premier League encounter.
How to watch
The match has not been selected for live coverage and will not be televised.
The original fixture in December was going to be televised on BT Sport but the same cannot be done for the rearranged clash due to BT Sport already showing coverage of the UEFA Champions League this week.
Sky Sports could also not pick up the fixture as they are already showing games from the Championship, however, they will be showing a re-run of the game at 11pm on Sky Sports Premier League.

Team news
With United’s fixture schedule beginning to pile up, coupled with the poor performance on Saturday, Ralf Rangnick could be forced into some changes ahead of this fixture.
However, Rangnick has four injury concerns ahead of this tie, with Edinson Cavani (groin) and Nemanja Matic (shin) likely to miss out again, while there are doubts over the fitness of Eric Bailly (ankle) and Fred ( Covid-19 ).
Raphael Varane was forced to pull out due to illness, meaning United's line up is as follows:
De Gea, Dalot, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Fred, Fernandes, McTominay, Elanga, Ronaldo, Sancho.
As for Brighton, Graham Potter could well stick with the same side that beat Watford on Saturday as they look for another positive result against the Red Devils.
Jeremy Sarmiento continues to recover from surgery he had for a thigh injury and isn’t expected back until the end of the month, while Enock Mwepu (thigh) is also ruled out for the foreseeable future.
Brighton's line up: Sanchez, Cucurella, Webster, Dunk, Webster, Bissouma, Maupay, Mac Allister, Trossard, Gross, Moder, Veltman.
