What can we learn from the Boston Celtics’ loss to the Denver Nuggets?

Even setting aside the dubious concept of moral victories, not every loss is entirely bad. There are always lessons to be taken from them, even the ones (especially?) that sting the most. Such may be the case with the Boston Celtics‘ recent loss to the Denver Nuggets — their first loss of the NBA’s 2023-24 season, breaking the historic run.

But in terms of the little things the Celtics will need to do in order to finally hang Banner 18 — particularly at the end of close games vs. elite ball clubs like the Nuggets — there are plenty of object lessons to be had in the 102-100 loss at TD Garden on the past Friday night.

The hosts of the CLNS Media “Celtics Beat” podcast recently weighed in on what the Celtics might be able to take from the loss to Denver with guest Seth Landman.

Check it out in the clip embedded above.
