Who was Bread Week’s star baker, what were the challenges and who left the tent?
For the signature challenge, the bakers needed to produce a tear & share loaf, followed by burger baps and veggie burgers for the technical.
The Bread Week showstopper challenge demanded a decorative loaf display.
This week’s star baker was Michael.
The 26-year-old theatre manager and fitness instructor from Stratford-upon-Avon also received the first ‘Hollywood Handshake’ of the series for his Keralan star tear & share bread during the signature challenge.

Meanwhile, the bakers said goodbye to Amelia who became the third person to be sent home.
The 24-year-old fashion designer from London struggled in all three challenges and was seen in tears as she said her goodbyes.
The Great British Bake Off continues on Tuesdays at 8pm on Channel 4
