It has been over a decade since the short-lived E4 show Desperate Scousewives hit TV screens.
First broadcast in November 2011, it arrived in an era when networks threw money at UK-based reality shows. Some, like The Only Way Is Essex and Made in Chelsea, established themselves as part of the fabric of British reality TV.
Others, like MTV's The Valleys did not stick around for long and were dropped by networks almost as soon as they started. Desperate Scousewives fell into the latter camp.

After a brief period of interest failing to translate into mainstream success, the show ran for just eight episodes before being cancelled, despite initially positive viewing figures.
Back in 2012, hopes were raised when repeats of the show were shown on 4Music, with some cast members sparking speculation it meant series two was in the pipeline - but nothing ever came to fruition.
E4 have since reaffirmed their decision several times to not resurrect the show via their Twitter account. We revisited the cast to see what they went on to do for a living after the show ended.
Amanda Harrington
Amanda was well-known in Liverpool before the show, having won Miss Liverpool when she was 16 and forged a modelling career off the back of her success, which led to her weekly column in the ECHO. Since the show Amanda has set up a weight loss and wellness company called ZeroFat, which is located in Harvey Nichols.
Last year, Amanda launched her first cook book. The book which is titled ‘At Home With Miss Harrington’ contains over 90 recipes, including breakfast dishes, healthy recipes, "fakeaway" dishes and slow cooked creations. It covers Italian, Greek, Mexican, Indian and Asian fusion food.
The cook book grew out of an Instagram page which Amanda set up in lockdown. It also includes her take on Liverpool’s famous Scouse dish, how to create a delicious Sunday roast dinner, a Spice Up Your Life section and indulgent desserts.
She has also appeared in pantomime and appears to have kept up her modelling career, sharing several snaps to her social media accounts. Amanda's Instagram is filled with photos of her travelling the world and staying in glamorous locations from Ibiza to Miami and New York.
Jodie Lundstram
Make-up artist Jodie made her homecoming on the show after living in London.
She describes herself on her Instagram profile as the founder of Lash Beach false eyelashes and Viva Aesthetics in Liverpool. Lash Beach specialises in 'hand crafted' and 'cruelty free' lashes made from human hair, as well as 'high quality mink false eyelashes'.
Jodie's Viva Aesthetics Instagram offers botox, fillers and skin needling, as well as skincare advice to her thousands of followers. Jodie has two daughters - her eldest, Viva, turned six in June and baby Stella was born in January 2020.
As well as her business interests, Jodie's social media profiles state she is studying for a second degree.
Jodie's brother John Lundstram used to play for Everton, rising through the club's academy. After a number of loan spells away from the club, he then moved to Sheffield United before signing for Scottish club Rangers.
Chloe Cummings
On the show, Chloe wanted to follow in her cousin Abbey Clancy's shoes and become a model. Amanda took her under her wing to show her the tricks of the trade and her cousin Sean Clancy was also very protective of her.
Since the show ended Chloe appeared on Britain's Next Top Model and has become a nurse, model and TV personality, according to her Instagram account. According to her Twitter page, Chloe is still based in Liverpool.
She and runs a company called "Aesthetics by Chloe", which provides a number of cosmetic treatments.
Debbie O'Toole
The younger sister of cast member Gill O'Toole, Debbie was another 'Scousewife' that had formerly been crowned Miss Liverpool.
In 2015 she flew out to Las Vegas to represent England in the Miss Tropic Beauty bikini competition and came third out of 100 women. Debbie also set up a fashion business called Farasha Boutique after the show. She now works as a beauty therapist.
Gill O'Toole
Gill was the older sister of Debbie who also starred on the show. During her time on the show Gill said she wanted to settle down and get married.
Gill's Twitter account appears to be no longer active. However, after the show, she set up her own jewellery company, Gillibean Jewels and said she was also returning to her former career as an estate agent.
Layla Flaherty
Layla was a part time model and psychology student who had lived in Liverpool for eight years when she appeared on the show. Her on-off romance with fellow cast member Joe McMahon was one of the its storylines.
She also appeared on Celebrity Salon and in 2015 she appeared in the Real Housewives of Cheshire. When the show ended Layla set up a dog modelling business called Urban Paws UK. She has been the company's director since it was founded in 2014.
Saying she was tired of the "fake" party lifestyle, Layla gave up the celebrity spotlight to launch her own animal casting agency. Little did she realise that half a decade on, her brand Urban Paws would become what is known as the "go-to" animal agency for luxury brands and leading high street names - with massive names from John Lewis, IKEA, Aldi and a host of high-fashion labels among its list of clients.
After combining modelling, TV and animals - her three favourite things - Layla's Liverpool-based firm helps these top companies wanting to add anything from cats to camels in their campaigns. They’ve appeared in videos for chart megastars Rihanna and Little Mix, as well as in theatre and films where they’re given their own chill-out green room to relax in between takes.
As well as the retail giants, her pet supermodels have also worked for labels including Tom Ford, Burberry, Gucci and Stella McCartney. The business has also expanded into an influencer agency and into pet products.
