We've almost reached that post-split point of no return in the Scottish season.
Months have passed and there is still barely anything to separate the glutinous cluster of seven teams occupying positions fourth through 10th.
Some such as Dundee United and Motherwell are in better positions than others but the list of permutations is incredible as we head into the final game before the split.
The usual arguments will follow from whoever falls foul of the Premiership's main quirk while those north of the top flight's equator will maybe say it adds to the excitement.
That's just how it is around here and teams as far down as fifth could get a Europa Conference league spot depending on how the Scottish Cup goes so there really is so much on the line next weekend.
For some it's in their own hands but the likes of Aberdeen and Livingston now need favours.
Here are all the permutations.
Dundee United
Just managed to keep their noses in front of the chasers with a well-earned draw at Hibs to remain fourth. In a strong position.
Top six confirmed if they:
- WIN or DRAW: vs Dundee (H)
- LOSE : One of Hibs, Ross County or Livingston do not win
Motherwell
Made a real statement and enjoyed a late surge up the table by seeing off St Mirren at home to end their winless streak.
Top six confirmed if they:
- WIN: vs Livingston (A)
-
DRAW: One of Hibs or Ross County do not win
- LOSE: Hibs lose and Aberdeen vs Ross County ends in a draw
Hibernian
Woes in front of goal proved costly again and they have one win in their last 12 Premiership matches.
While they can make up for it with derby delight at Tynecastle the Jambos would likely consign them to the bottom half by defeating Shaun Maloney's side.
Top six confirmed if they:
- WIN: vs Hearts (A)
DRAW: Livingston fail to win, Aberdeen vs Ross County ends in a draw
- LOSE: St Mirren fail to win, Livingston lose and Aberdeen vs Ross County ends in a draw
Ross County
Good result as they drew with Hearts but not enough to make the leap and now need a favour from the Gorgie side or Motherwell.
Top six confirmed if they:
- WIN: vs Aberdeen (A) and Hibs fail to win or Livingston vs Motherwell ends in a draw
DRAW: Hibs lose (by four goals), Livingston and St Mirren fail to win
Livingston
An extremely costly loss at St Johnstone sent David Martindale's men tumbling down the table.
Top six confirmed if they:
- WIN: vs Motherwell (H), Hibs and Ross County fail to win
Aberdeen
Suffered a damaging late equaliser at Dundee that leaves their hopes hanging by a thread and requiring favours.
Top six confirmed if they:
- WIN: vs Ross County (H), Hibs and Livingston both lose or draw
St Mirren
It's looking bleak for the Buddies after losing to Motherwell.
They have one shot at redemption – but it's against the champions Rangers and even then other results must go their way.
St Mirren have other routes into the top six than the below, but their goal difference is such that they involve beating the Gers by an unfeasible number of goals.
Top six confirmed if they:
- WIN: vs Rangers (H), Hibs and Livingston lose, Aberdeen vs Ross County ends in a draw
