Rather than a boring lecture, Wetherspoons employees are taught about fire safety and food poisoning through cartoon sing along musicals.
The pub chain uses comedy videos complete with wacky characters and music to help staff learn about a range of important safety measures - and trainees love to sing along.
Released to employees last year, the clips feature flies performing acoustic ballads about washing your hands and bulls rocking out while explaining fire risks.
Wetherspoon spokesman Eddie Gershon said: "Some of our training videos do include animation, music and a song as part of the knowledge summary at the end of the training session.
"They are a bit of fun and, whilst we don’t ask or expect staff to sing along, apparently some do."

The training was outsourced by the nationwide pub chain to UpSkill People, a company that creates online learning resources for company employees.
And workers are said to have been in hysterics over the cartoons - which have been compared to 1970s public information films.
At the time of release, one joked: "Do you think the person who made these has been home schooling for too long?”
Another said: "Did all the training yesterday before I went to bed… big mistake. Big. Huge.
"Couldn't get the tune out of my head. Had to watch a film on YouTube to get off to sleep!"
Another laughed: “My son was loving it!”
Not all ‘Spoonies felt the same though, as one moaned: "Jesus Christ, that was the most cringeworthy thing I have seen in years."
Another raged: "After the first one I skipped the rest.
"It was supposed to be training, not CBeebies!"
