Two Wetherspoons staff members were injured after a car crashed into a pub in Kingswood, a spokesperson has said. Police launched an investigation over the weekend after a black Nissan Note left the road and collided with the Kingswood Colliers pub.
A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving. A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police has since told BristoLive he was been released on bail.
It was reported on Sunday (July 10) two pedestrians were injured in the incident. A spokesperson for Wetherspoons has confirmed they were two doorstaff of the pub.

Police, paramedics, and the fire service were all called to the scene at around 1.20am on Sunday, July 10. The spokesperson confirmed the pub is open as normal and is structurally safe, following damage to a decorative pillar in the crash.
Wetherspoon spokesman Eddie Gershon said: “Our thoughts are with the two members of door staff, their family and friends.
"We trust that they make a full and speedy recovery from their injuries.”
Avon and Somerset Police launched an appeal for information and, in particular, video footage of the incident.
A police statement said: "Anyone who witnessed any part of the incident is asked to contact us.
"Detectives are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who saw the car prior to the collision as well as anyone with dashcam, CCTV or mobile phone footage of it.
