Wetherspoon fans have spotted that they can get grab a breakfast meal for just £1.99 at some of its sites.
The offer prices the pub chain's small English breakfast for just £1.99 and its traditional breakfast for £2.99.
Usually, these menu items would normally set you back at around £3.29 and £3.59, respectively - although it should be noted that Wetherspoons prices vary across its different sites.
The deal comes under a promotion called "Top Plates, Low Rates" reports the Sun and it also includes other popular menu items too.
Although, there is a big catch to this deal as it is only available in 112 out of 844 across the UK.

To check if your local boozer has this offer on, you can log into the app, select your nearest pub and check the prices on its menu.
You can also use the Wetherspoon pub locator tool on its website.
A Wetherspoon spokesperson told The Sun: "We aim to offer excellent value to all of our customers at every location, but we do not charge the same prices everywhere.
